Thanks to a generous grant from USAID.
Ubongo Kids is launching a new project in rural Tanzania so that children without access to electricity can watch our cartoons and participate in educational activities as part of an Ubongo Kids Club.
Ubongo staff recently visited several villages near the town of Morogoro and have selected 8 communities for a DIV (Development Innovation Ventures) pilot project. The goal of the project is to establish sites, such as schools or small cinemas, where children can gather to not only watch Ubongo Kids cartoons but also continue to learn through fun, educator-led activities. We are excited to reach even more children in Tanzania through the Ubongo Kids Clubs and encourage them to love learning about math and science. Stay tuned for more updates soon!
