Sarah Horrigan is a former professor and retired employee of the US Federal Government who totally fell in love with Ubongo Kids the first time she saw it on the internet. This unconditional love made her decide to come to Tanzania for the first time to volunteer at Ubongo in 2014. Sarah taught the Ubongo staff English and helped in the production of Ubongo Kids English (Season 1). Sarah loved learning about African culture. She is the kind of person who knows how to cope with new environment and circumstances and fits in with the local culture and everyone loves her for that. She is a lovely person who loves to help others and to put a smile on every face. This year she taught English and helped out on Ubongo Kids English production of Season 2.
Sarah wants to see Ubongo grow and is proud to be an Ubongoer. She promises to come back to Tanzania for the third time!
